So uh…I had a bit of a stressful week  and I uh…hadn’t been counting my points like I should have and I uh…kinda gained a pound. There. I. Said. It.

    That’s all right. This is a new week in a new month, so back to the points without guilt about what’s happened before, yes?

    Most people I know do use food when stressed. The trick is to substitute something else which feels good for a minute, heh.

    I go to movies, or read, or play silly computer games or just walk for half an hour when I feel stress. It does work. Though it’s not as tasty as…those other things. :)

    I’m now a believer in meditation and taking a break from it all. Deep breaths, a walk around the block, some loud music and some time to myself to refocus.

    Green: Since I am home during the day (and can’t disturb my neighbors) I am sooo going to turn up the volume!

    Curvy: I used to throw things but I am a horrible aim :-o

    Depends…I usually kick & scream like a 5 year old. But I haven’t been stressed in a long time so I am not sure how I would act. It usually turns into anxiety.
