That’s all right. This is a new week in a new month, so back to the points without guilt about what’s happened before, yes?
Most people I know do use food when stressed. The trick is to substitute something else which feels good for a minute, heh.
I go to movies, or read, or play silly computer games or just walk for half an hour when I feel stress. It does work. Though it’s not as tasty as…those other things.
I’m now a believer in meditation and taking a break from it all. Deep breaths, a walk around the block, some loud music and some time to myself to refocus.
Stress? I throw things, I eat, I cry.

Depends…I usually kick & scream like a 5 year old. But I haven’t been stressed in a long time so I am not sure how I would act. It usually turns into anxiety.
