I was talking with a friend last night about the fluidity of life, my life.
There is a very good chance that a longtime friend of mine may be leaving my immediate circle. I am feeling anxious, sadness, joy and I am anticipating great bouts of loneliness. However I also know that it is what it is. Life goes on. People come and go. The Universe hates a vacuum (I had no idea that word had two “U”s.) so if someone leaves it is my responsibility to create the space for the right and perfect person to fill it. In essence I have a clean slate. Not to be confused with a clean plate lol.
Just like you have always told me: A friend will enter your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime. You are starting anew & I hope that you know how truly special you are to me (as I am sure you are to many others0
! I love you like a sister (my soul sister!).
xxoo
AJ,
You make me feel all warm and fuzzy!
OOOOOOOOOOH. I love your new theme, girl!
Thanks CJ! I may be Word Press’s bitch but at least my blog is pretty! LOL
Leaving your immediate circle does not mean the end of friendship. True, you don’t see each other as often as you have.
But thank the goddesses that with all the technology we have, keeping a connection is just a moment away.
New resolve, new look to your space here. All is good because it’s onwards and upwards!
I made a new friend this week and we are having dinner next week. This scores a ten on my awesomeness meter and I called my mom all proud of myself for making a new friend like I had gotten an A in a class or something.
I wish someone had told me about this when I was younger. I don’t think I would have treated people so casually if I knew that.
Marisa, you are right about the technology, I can finally use my Skype account!
Sarah, that IS all kinds of awesome! New friend AND dinner? You get a big ole Blissville “Om Yeah!”
Judging from the look of things here, you’ve got nothing but love surrounding you. You’ll be alright. I promise.
And the new theme ROCKS!
